    Please indicate to us in the online booking Appointment Note box if and where you feel pain when selecting either a Pure Relaxation or a Hybrid Massage option. 

     It's not easy to have a noticeable intense pain. It is our approach to offer to either treat causes of this pain to reduce it or alternatively to offer the use of only gentle massage pressure to the specific area in pain. We care about our clients' wellbeing, safety, and positive treatment outcomes. 

Treatment and Massage Hybrid session
     If you would like to have us treat your chronic reoccurring pain, mobility issue or specific ongoing tension please choose a Hybrid session. Treatment will involve application of manual therapy techniques and requires the client to be in a t-shirt and loose fitted athletic shorts for ease of movement. In this session we would assess the issue, safely treat root causes of this pain, and retain ample time to provide enjoyable relaxation massage. Relaxation massage will then allow your body to integrate treatment and produce calm throughout your body and mind.     
     Following this session, your therapist will provide you with specific home exercises to allow you to independently alleviate causes of pain and correct postural imbalances.

     Pure Relaxation massage is perfect to enjoy during your work week, for fatigue, stress, sport specific recovery, or general muscle tension.
